Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Applied AI Labs LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of Perfect1600 and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial SAT preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service or its content to third parties without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute questions, explanations, or other content from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Share your account, or use automated tools to access the Service, except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service and all of its content, including questions, passages, explanations, methods, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Applied AI Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Perfect1600 name and logo are marks of Applied AI Labs LLC. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Perfect1600 is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board or any official testing organization. “SAT” is a trademark of its respective owner. We do not guarantee any particular score, outcome, or admissions result. The content is provided for educational purposes only.

The Service offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription. Pro is billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($99) through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. The free tier lets you try the core experience before deciding to upgrade, so paid subscriptions begin and are charged at the time you subscribe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep Pro access until then.
• Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law or under the Perfect1600 Promise described below.
• We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
• We do not store your full card details; payments are handled securely by Stripe.

The Perfect1600 Promise is an optional money-back guarantee available on the Annual plan and the SAT-date passes. When you enroll, you nominate one official SAT sitting and we show you a specific guaranteed score improvement, based on your starting score and how long you have to prepare. If you meet the conditions below and your official score does not rise by that guaranteed amount, we refund the full Perfect1600 fees you paid for the covered plan.

• Scores of record are official College Board scores. Your baseline is your most recent official SAT, or — if you have never taken the SAT — an official Bluebook full-length practice test. Your final score is your official SAT from the sitting you nominated (or a later one).
• You must complete the practice requirements shown at enrollment (questions answered, active days, and full-length practice tests, scaled to your prep time) and actually sit the nominated official SAT.
• Eligibility depends on your starting score; very high starting scores may not be eligible. Your exact guaranteed amount and conditions are shown before you enroll.
• To claim, submit your official score report within the claim window shown at enrollment (roughly 30 days after scores are released). Unclaimed guarantees expire.
• Refunds cover Perfect1600 fees only — not the College Board registration fee — and are limited to one refund per person. A refund ends the associated paid access.
• We may verify submitted score reports for authenticity before issuing a refund.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, while provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applied AI Labs LLC and its officers, members, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applied AI Labs LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
