Perfect1600 (“Perfect1600,” the “Service”) is operated by Applied AI Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and the role you select (for example, student or parent).
  • Practice activity. Questions you attempt, answers you submit, scores, timing, streaks, bookmarks, and other progress data used to power your dashboard and reviews.
  • Parent and student links. If you connect a parent and student account, we store that relationship so authorized parents can view student progress.
  • Technical data. Device, browser, and usage information such as log data, IP address, and approximate location, collected to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including personalizing practice and tracking progress.
  • Create and secure your account and authenticate your sign-ins.
  • Generate analytics, scores, and recommendations that help you study.
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who host our infrastructure, store data, and provide analytics on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Linked accounts.With a parent account you have authorized to view a student’s progress.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice consistent with this policy.

Children’s privacy

Perfect1600 is designed for SAT preparation and is often used by high-school students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information without such consent, please contact us at privacy@perfect1600.app and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights
